Document Purpose: To explain and provide formal notice of fee adjustments in accordance with our engagement terms.


Purpose of this Notice

This document explains and serves as formal written notice of fee changes in accordance with the Engagement Terms & Conditions you agreed to with WL Advisory. It ensures transparency and satisfies the two-week notice period requirement under our engagement agreement.


Engagement Clause Reference – Clause 10: Fees and Payment

As outlined in Clause 10 of our Terms & Conditions:

“We reserve the right to increase the fee by 3 to 8% on an annual basis and may provide at least 2 weeks’ notice of the fee increase to you in writing. Your continued instructions are taken to be acceptance of the fee increase and you will be required to make monthly payments in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.”

Further:

“You acknowledge that the hourly chargeable rates of our team members may change by a fixed amount and you will be provided with at least 2 weeks’ notice of the change in writing. Your continued instructions are taken to be acceptance of the fee increase…”

This document provides written notice in line with those requirements.


Updated Rates Effective from 01/07/2025

The following updated fee structure will apply from 01/07/2025:

Service Category New Rate (excl. GST)
Bookkeeping Services $69/hour + GST
One-Off Ad-hoc Support & Advice $330/hour + GST

Notes:

  • The Ad-hoc Support & Advice rate applies to one-off accounting or tax advice, training sessions (e.g. tax training, software training), reviews of externally prepared documents, or any matters requiring specialist input outside the scope of regular services.

  • The rate is based on actual time spent and may vary depending on the seniority of the team members involved.

  • All fees remain subject to review in accordance with our engagement terms.


No Action Required

There is no action required from you. Your continued instructions after the effective date will be taken as acceptance of the updated fee structure.
